Being active doesn’t have to mean a gym workout or competitive sport.  Throughout the Royal Borough of Greenwich there are outdoor spaces, leisure facilities and lots of different clubs, so there’s plenty to have a go at.

Try new activities or go back to something you haven’t done for a while, whether on your own or with others.  From walking groups and aqua aerobics to yoga, exercise and dance classes, daytime or evening, with our help you’ll find something that’s right for you.

You may think that you’re too busy, too tired, too unfit or that it sounds too much like hard work.  Start with small steps and with the support and encouragement from others you CAN do it!
