Being active doesn’t have to mean a gym workout or competitive sport. Throughout the Royal Borough of Greenwich there are great outdoor spaces, leisure facilities and lots of different clubs, so there’s plenty to have a go at.
Try new activities or go back to something you haven’t done for a while, whether on your own or with mates. From a kick about in the park to a knock about on the squash court, daytime or evening, with our help you’ll find something that’s good for you.
